These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through The Bloomin’ Heather Candle Company website. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Our Products
Our candles and stonecast vessels are handcrafted in Scotland. Because our vessels are individually handmade, slight variations in colour, pattern, texture and finish are normal and form part of the character of each piece. Small air bubbles or other minor variations may also occur as a natural result of the making process.
We make every reasonable effort to display our products and colours accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the device or screen being used.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where, for example, an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product-description error, or we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (ÂŁ).
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.
Delivery charges and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders promptly. Any delivery times shown are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure that the delivery address supplied when ordering is complete and accurate.
6. Your Right to Cancel
If you purchase from us online, you normally have the right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

You may also write to us at the address shown above. You do not have to use any particular wording, provided you clearly tell us that you wish to cancel.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted goods.

You should take reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession. We may make an appropriate deduction from a refund if the value of the goods has been reduced because they have been handled more than would reasonably be necessary to inspect them.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Refunds
When you exercise your legal right to cancel, we will refund the amount due using the original payment method.
Where applicable, this includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, the additional delivery cost is not refundable.
We may wait until we have received the returned goods, or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, before issuing your refund.
Refunds will be made within the timescales required by applicable consumer law.
8. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your candle or other product arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the problem. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
9. Personalised Products
Where we offer a product that is made to your specifications or clearly personalised, your normal right to change your mind may not apply. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.
10. Candle Safety
Candles are supplied with safety and care information. Customers are responsible for following the safety instructions provided with the product.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep burning candles away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials.
11. Free Fragrance Testers
Where a complimentary fragrance tester is included with an order, it is supplied solely to allow you to smell the fragrance.
Fragrance testers are not wax melts and must not be heated or burned.
Complimentary testers have no cash value and are not sold separately as part of the order unless expressly stated otherwise.
12. Gift Messages
Where a gift-message service is offered, customers are responsible for ensuring that the message and recipient details supplied are accurate.
We reserve the right not to reproduce messages containing unlawful, abusive or otherwise inappropriate content.
13. Website Content
The Bloomin’ Heather Candle Company name, branding, photographs, graphics and original website content belong to The Bloomin’ Heather Candle Company unless otherwise stated.
They may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our permission.
14. Personal Information
Personal information provided when using our website or placing an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The terms applying to your purchase will be those in force when you place your order.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
